The dashboard is the first page after you log in. It covers the last 7 days across every website you can see.
- Step 1: The relay strip shows the last 7 days: events your sites sent, how many reached Meta, and how many Meta refused.
- Step 2: Failed to deliver counts the events Meta did not accept. Click it to see Meta's reason for each one.
- Step 3: Busiest websites lists your sites by events. Click a name to open its analytics.
- Step 4: Latest events is the live feed. Delivered means Meta accepted the event.
- Step 5: The top bar takes you to your websites, addons and this help centre.
- Step 6: On any page, the question mark opens the help written for that page.
The relay strip
- Received from sites: events your websites sent to the relay, and how many of them today.
- Delivered to Meta: events Meta accepted, with the success rate. Teal always means delivered.
- Failed to deliver: events Meta refused and that nobody has cleared yet. Click it to see why. See Failed events.
Under it, Websites counts your sites and Receiving events how many of them are active.
The panels
- Busiest websites: your sites by all-time events. Click a name to open its analytics.
- Events by type: the Meta events your sites produced this week, like PageView and Lead.
- Latest events: the newest events across all your sites, with Delivered or Failed.
Getting around
The top bar has Websites, Addons (if your account includes them) and Help. On the right, the question mark opens help for the page you are on, the sun or moon switches between light and dark, and your name opens Settings and Log out.
