Your profile, password and appearance
Change your name, email address and password, switch between light and dark, or delete your account.
Open your settings from your name in the top right corner, then Settings. The left column has Profile, Password, Two-factor authentication and Appearance.
Profile
Change your Name or Email and click Save profile. You log in with the new email from then on.
Password
- Open Password.
- Enter your Current password, then the New password twice.
- Click Update password.
Use a long password you do not use anywhere else. A password manager makes that easy.
Forgot your password?
On the login page, click Forgot password?, enter your email and click Email reset link. The email has a link to set a new password.
Appearance
Pick Light, Dark or System (follow your computer's setting). The sun or moon button in the top bar switches too. The choice is saved on this device only.
Delete your account
Under Profile, Delete account removes your login permanently after you enter your password. Your websites and their data stay; they belong to your organisation. If you are leaving, it is usually better to ask your account team to remove your access.
