Short links are handy for print, posters, social bios and QR codes. Each one redirects to a page of your choice and counts its clicks.
- Step 1: On the website's analytics, open Short links and paste the page you want to link to.
- Step 2: Click Create short link.
- Step 3: The link is ready to share. Clicks are counted here.
- Step 4: Click QR code to get it as an image for posters and print.
- Step 5: Download PNG saves the code. It always points at the short link.
Create one
- Open the website's analytics and the Short links tab.
- Under New short link, paste the full address it should go to.
- Click Create short link.
The link looks like https://pixelrelay.co/go/ab12cd and works straight away.
Use it
In the Short links table, each link has:
- Copy link, to paste it anywhere
- QR code, which opens the code with Download PNG for print
- Clicks, counted each time someone follows it
Deleting a link stops it working immediately and deletes its click history. Printed QR codes for it stop working too, so only delete links you no longer use anywhere.
Clicks are logged with a keyed hash of the visitor's IP address, never the address itself.
